The tool is nice, hefty and a bit heavy for a pole, but it seems very well made and made short work trimming limbs.Worth the money.The seller however, is not so nice.I recommend the tool, just buy it from someone else.I ordered this almost two weeks before Father’s Day as a gift. When it became apparent this was not going to arrive in time, I went to a box store and bought one for the holiday.The item had not yet shipped, but they refused to cancel the order. I tried twice over three days and both times they refused to cancel.The order finally shipped AFTER Father’s Day and got to me almost a week after the holiday.So I ended up owning this tool, AND buying a second tool for Dad because the seller refused to cancel an order for a tool they took too long to ship, and I didn’t need.Customer service is a thing, seller.And don’t go apologizing in response, you had two chances to make this right before you screwed me over. What is done, is done.You got my money this time, so you win the battle.But you lose the war because I will not purchase from you again, and I left you a mediocre review on an otherwise good product.That, was not smart on your part.To any prospective buyer, I recommend the tool. Just don’t buy it from this seller.
