It's difficult to properly and fairly judge this extension pole. I have now received three of them, but two were severely bent as soon as I opened the package. I suppose this is more of an issue with Amazon's shipping and handling than with the item itself though. However, the second one I received was fine and worked well for a time, but when I tried to use it a second time, the connection at the base was loose and severely leaked. I don't know what happened, but my assumption is that a gasket or something came loose when I cleaned following its first use.Summary: If you can receive an undamaged one, it's a good and rather useful tool. However, durability might be an issue. I have since given up and am now using the Graco 40-inch extension, which seems quite a bit tougher.
