This vest fits true-to-size and comfortably hits at the belt/hip, with many pockets [extra batteries, cards, teleconverter, compass, etc., D-Rings and a back pouch (game pocket or lens) -- PERFECT!], and it is a "continental fit" (if that's not you or you prefer extra room for layering, then size up accordingly).
