Before I bought this Arc Fault Breaker I did a lot of research to make sure I had the correct one. The old one tripped more frequently than it should have and the electricians couldn't find a reason, other than the old one was a bit faulty. I handed them this one, they installed it, and it hasn't tripped since. Good service getting it here and well packed...and much cheaper than most sources.We had a halogen bulb for a security light that went out and had actually fused its metal contacts (they showed signs of melting!).
